Item No. 1: To decide cleaning of the well
The Hon. Secretary informed the members that the well had to be cleaned as the water was stinking and dirty water was coming in the tap. The cost for cleaning the well was Rs 7500/Resolution No.1: Resolved that well be cleaned for hygienic reasons. Proposed by: - Mr. Norbert Pinto Seconded by: - Mr. Sanjay Kashikar Passed unanimously. Item No. 2: The Hon. Secretary informed the members that the watchman was requesting for a loan of Rs 10000/- and additional amount of Rs 5000/- for his eye treatment. Resolution No.2: Resolved that the loan of Rs 10000/- and additional amount of Rs 5000/- for eye treatment to be given the watchman. Proposed by: - Mr. Panchanon Parur Seconded by: - Mr. Salarine D Souza Passed unanimously. Item No 3: The Hon. Secretary informed the members that the to be cautious the well water supply to the Toilet to be stopped for hygienic reasons. Resolution No.3: Resolved that with immediate effect well water supply to the toilet be disconnected and BMC water supply to be connected to the toilet.
