    PREVIOUS MINUTES FROM THE SANGGUNIANG PAMBARANGAY SESSION HELD AT THE SESSION HALL OF
    CAUSWAGAN, LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE ON June 4, 2022 AT EXACTLY 2:00 IN THE AFTERNOON.

    PRESENT:
    HON. JERRYLEN M. DIONALDO Punong Barangay
    HON. LUZMINDA G. PALMA Kagawad
    HON. NOLIE P. MONTEMOR Kagawad
    HON. GLECERIA G. CARILLO Kagawad
    HON. AMADOR T. EGO-OGAN Kagawad
    HON. TOMASA T. LISMIS Kagawad
    HON. ARSENIO B. SALAPA Kagawad
    HON. ENRIQUE D. BACORDO Kagawad
    HON. REYMOND A. GIMANG SK Chairman

    ABSENT: NONE

    1. The meeting was called to order at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon. The opening prayer was led by Hon.
    Luzminda G. Palma followed by the Pambansang Awit led by. Hon. Gleceria Carillo. The secretary called the
    roll, it shows nine (9) are present and none is absent. The chairman declared we were in quorum and
    proceeded to the business of the day.
    2. Hon. Enrique Bacordo motioned to approve the business of the day and seconded by Hon. Nolie Montemor.
    3. The secretary read the previous minutes. And motion for approval was done by Hon. Arsenio Salapa and
    was seconded by Hon. Gleceria Carillo.
    4. Treasurer’s Report
    The treasurer reported that she deposited an amount  Php28,295.00 on May 31, 2022 from the various
    collection . She also informed the council that she mistakenly overly deposited an amount of Php6,000.00.
    5. Chairman’s Hour:
    The chairman greeted everyone. He thanked the council for their presence and hundred percent
    attendance. The chairman regarded the DBM project proposals which include solar street
    lights and vehicles. He also reminded the treasurer that she has lacking documents to be
    submitted to the auditing office. He also informed the council regarding the schedule of
    evaluation which will be on June 28, 2022. Lastly, he re-echoed the discussion at the LIGA
    Convention.
    6. Agenda :
    Clean and Green / SGLG-B Evaluation
    Since there is a need to conduct a pre-evaluation for the inspection of every household, the
    council decided to conduct a pre-evaluation on June 11, 2022.

    7. Other matters:
     Hon. Gleceri Carillo regarded about the TUPAD and she also added about the documents needed for the
    construction of drainage canal.
     The secretary also regarded about the tarpaulins to be updated.
    8. Adjournment
    The meeting was motioned to be adjourned by Hon. Tomasa Lismis and was duly seconded by Hon.
    Gleceria Carillo at exactly 4:00PM.
