    INTERNATIONAL CRICKET STADIUM IN DEHRADUN

    Introduction
    Dehradun is the major tourist place of India & its
    one the most promising city of India but its not
    served by a venue capable of hosting a major
    sports activity. User friendly environment. This
    project is introduced by MDDA(MUSSOORIE &
    DEHRADUN DEVELOPMENT ATHORUTY) &
    RGICS(RAJIVE GANDHI INTERNATION CRICKET
    STADIUM ).

    NEED OF PROJECT
    To appreciate the sports activity in the region of
    Dehradun & its precincts.

    AIM
    -to build a multipurpose stadium.

    OBJECTIVE
    -doomsday vault.
    -natural disaster refuge area
    -provision for army activity (emergency)

    SCOPE
    -Multi-Purpose stadium which can be

    stands

    at international level.
    -Multi-Functional Facilities.

    -the collection of disposal is not done properly

    ABOUT SITE
    The 24.3 acre site comes under the premises of
    MAHARANAPRATAP SPORTS COLLEGE, RAIPUR,
    DEHRADUN, UTTARAKHAND. The surface of site is

    flat, it means it has no gradient in it. The EAST side


    of site has a huge green land and rest of three sides
    has a mix mass of green and built.
