As per Mast design Page 8 1002-1-PVE-A-020-R3
Maximum vertical load at PL = 20.100 KN 2.049 T
Design Data:
Depth of Foundation = 2.0 m
Depth of filling 0 m
Safe Bearing capacity of soil = 10.0 t/m2
Density of soil = 1.6 t/m3
No of columns per foundation = 1
Gross Bearing capacity of soil = 10.0 x 1.25 + 1.6 x 2
= 15.70 t/m2

ws = 25.43 t
Vertical
Equip load
+ str = 2.05 t
2
Therefore e > L/6 Pmax = 2P /( 3 B ( 0.5 L - e) = 9.254 t/m
Pmin = -0.88 t/m2 Less than 10% hence Ok. Take modified pressure
2
Maximum bending moment = 5.78 x 1.00 = 2.89 tm
2
Factored maximum moment = 2.89 x 1.5
= 4.34 tm
Effective depth d = 235 mm
Diameter of bars = 10 mm
Centre to Centre spacing provided = 81.58 mm (38 Nos in 3100mm)
2 2
Ast provided = 962.6 mm > 518.26 mm OK
Hence provided 10 mm @ 82 mm c/c at Bottom
10 mm @ 190 mm c/c at Top is safe
Check for shear:-
one way shear
Maximum shear at a distance "d" from the face of the column

Design of Pedestal
Pedestal size = 1.2 x 1.20 m
Vertical load on pedestal = 20.100 t

Factored Total vertical load = 27.30 x 1.5 = 40.95 T
Factored Moment at the base of the pedestal =( 23.79 + 3.12 ) x 1.5 = 40.37 Tm
Since Load is is very less only minimum reinforcement as per cl. 26.5.3(b) of IS 456 will be required.
