Receiving, managing emergency cases and admission of patients.

Transferring the patients to wards, critical care unit and operation theatres.
Maintaining indents and ward inventory.
Maintaining records and reports.
Co-ordinating with other paramedical staffs.
Participating in ward teaching and in-service programmer.
Providing health education.
Orientation for patient and relatives about the hospital and its functioning.
Preparation of emergency drug and emergency tray ready to use (Intubations tray,
catheterization tray, aspiration set etc.)
Asepsis and infection control.
