Internal Assessment What summative assessment will be used in this unit?


Individual oral Une journe Maputo
A: Productive skills Students will compete to win a competition for the best suggested plan for a day
B: Interactive and receptive skills out in Maputo. Plans will be presented orally to the class. Students should prepare
a brochure or powerpoint with visuals and titles (no other text will be allowed).
Plans must include 7 destinations (museums, parks, markets, etc) and 2
restaurants. Plans will be presented in class orally providing details about where
the day will begin (destination 1), detailed directions for how to get from one place
to the next, what transportation visitors can/ should use, what visitors will do at
each the suggested destination and why they will have the most fun on the
particular proposed trip.
