We all know how different is inkjet process comparing to xerographic process. For most of us inkjet is new and is a big
challenge. In addition, we are all spread all over Europe and makes knowledge sharing difficult. In order to get the inkjet
experience faster, we created a shared mailbox every technical person dealing with Jetvarnish can add in his outlook
account (search for BEU Jetvarnish). Thanks to this account, it is possible as well to contact all European technical
engineers and support members in live if you cant manage to fix an issue.
The email address of the shared mailbox is: JVsharcom@konicaminolta.eu
All engineers and support members will see it and be able to reply with advices in live.
For further questions or need information how to add a shared mailbox please do not hesitate and contact
