    Came on for hearing on the 13th day of January, 2017, Contestcc Marie Skipper's

    Amended Motion for Summary Judgment, and after considering same and the responses to it, the

    Court finds the follov,'ing:

    1. 'That the Amended Motion is well taken and should, in all things, be GRANTED;

    2. That Daingerfield~Lone Star Independent School District conducted the May 7, 2016
    election of the At-Large Trustee positions in accordance with Texas law;

    3. That Contestee Marie Skipper was a candidate for the At-Large Position #J
    Daingerfield - Lone Star Independent School District Trustee position in the May 7,
    2016 school board election;

    4. That Contestant Cody Wommack was a candidate for the At-Large Position #4
    Daingerfield - Lone Star Independent School District Trustee position in the May 7,
    2016 school board election; and

    5. That Contestant Cody Wommack has no standing to file an election contest against
    Contestee :Marie Skipper.

    It is therefore,

    AMENDED MOTION FOR SUM'.\1ARY .lllDGMENT

    Motion for Summary Judgment Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby GRANTED. lt is

    further,

    ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that judgment is hereby entered in favor of

    Contestee Marie Skipper and against Contestant. It is further,

    ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that all causes of action asserted by Contestant

    against Marie Skipper are hereby dismissed with prejudice. It is further,

    ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that all costs of Court arc taxed against

    Contestant.
