Having received your letter regarding your A52 compressors used in refrigeration
manufacturing, we would like to thank you for your kind words
about our products. It is heart-warming to know that your product is very fragile.
We only updated our A52 compressors once, and that occurred in
2010. Therefore, the model you are referring to would have
to be our original style, model A52. Regretfully, we do not
have any of the discontinued models. We can understand
why it held sentimental value for you. However, you can be
assured that our current model, which is available in finer
department stores and appliance centers, have been made
with the same fine quality to which you have grown
accustomed. You may be surprised to know that it comes
with the same guarantee of workmanship and high quality
that we have been providing since we started business.
Sincerely,
Warmest Wishes,
Melody Panuelos

As someone who has worked with your company for over 3 years, we were very
disappointed to see the documents you produced for our latest Drivers Co. publicity
campaign.
As our written agreement stipulated, we expected full color leaflets with fancy
explanatory texts, but instead, we found that black and white photos had been included
in the prepared leaflets. I think you will agree that a communication problem exists.
We would like you to send out a photographer to provide us with the promised color
coverage, or provide us with a refund.
Yours truly,

Thank you very much for writing us as you did in your letter of July 15, concerning the
teaspoons which you sent us about a month ago for exchange.
Surely, there is no excuse whatever for our keeping five teaspoons for one month for
the simple matter of changing the finish. We are frank in confessing that a mistake in
our repair department is responsible for this delay, and that we have accordingly taken
this department to task.
We are sending you today five teaspoons, French finish, no charge to replace the five
teaspoons, bright finish which you sent us.
We are mighty sorry that this delay occurred. You may be sure that we shall make every
effort to see that it does not occur again.

would like to confirm receipt of my application and reiterate my interest in the job.
I am very interested in working at XYZ Company and I believe my skills and experience
would be an ideal match for this position.

Dear Mary,
If you are reading this, it means I have passed away. This is not supposed to be a sad
time but a celebration of the life I have lived…
I want to distribute the following assets to the following people (this will all be verified by
my will)
I wish to give my house to my daughter, Jane. She always loved that house, and I think
she would be the best caretaker of it when I am gone.
I wish to give my two (2) cars to my son Richard. He always loved driving to the farm
with me in them.
Sincerely,

Mr. Smith,
The American Evaluation Association (AEA) is pleased to invite Dr. Angela Doe to
attend our Annual Conference to be held November 1-7, 2004 in Atlanta, Georgia,
United States of America. AEA's conference offers a forum for the professional
exchange of knowledge and skills related to evaluation. Over 1500 people are expected
to be in attendance from over 50 countries. They will have the opportunity to learn from
600+ speakers via presentations including workshops, panels, and paper sessions.
The contributions of international attendees such as Dr. Doe enrich the program through
enhancing the diversity of perspectives and content represented. AEA members value
the opportunity to learn from and with our international colleagues.
If you have any questions or concerns, or if I may be of assistance in any way, please
do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely,
Martha has also spent considerable time outside the school involved in the community.
This has included work with Meals on Wheels and volunteering 10 hours a week at one
of our area's shelters for battered and abused women.
They think so much of her at the shelter they have offered her a paid internship for next
summer. Previously, this internship had never been awarded to anyone before the end
of their college sophomore year. Despite all the preparations that will be required for
going off to college next fall, Martha told me she is absolutely thrilled about this
opportunity and feels it will enhance her university studies.
Unlike many students who are not sure which field to pursue, Martha has made clear to
us all that her goal is to do Social Work. To this end she has worked tirelessly in our
pilot program for mentoring Special Education students mainstreamed into our school.
In closing, let me take a moment to recount an incident which I believe speaks volumes
about the superior nature of this candidate. Two years ago I was returning from lunch to
my office when I saw ahead of me in the hallway 90 pound Martha, arms stretched out
between two 180+ pound students, one a Special Ed student and the other a school
bully. Other students were standing by motionless or laughing while Martha showed the
leadership and courage to immediately put an end to the embarrassing fight that had
erupted.
Sincerely,
Timothy Joseph G. Peñano

Engr. Saclag, upon her own initiative, is self-taught on various publishing programs.
This skill has come in handy on a number of occasions when we needed assistance in
producing brochures, information on office resources and organizing other data in our
program.
Not only are Engr. Saclag programming and presentation skills extraordinary, but his
organizational skills are also exemplary. He has been instrumental in developing a new
method of organizing volunteer hours in her recycling efforts which has optimized the
talents of the volunteers with the times they are most needed.
As you can see, we have been delighted with the work of Engr. Saclag. If you are
looking for an organized and articulate person to help as a graphic artist in the area of
construction design, I can think of no better candidate than Johnny Velasco. Please
feel free to contact me if you need additional information.
