1. Restaurant Location:
Victorias restaurant is located in the capital of Italy - Rome, Vittoria Street. Because this
city is one of the most populated by tourists, my restaurant has a great success, as it is
located near the Colosseum, and tourists come for proper taste of our great food tasty.
a) Accessibility: Everybody has access to the restaurant and we are always glad to know
new people from different countries and of different nationalities. People are very
impressed with this place , because its easy to find and its with a wide choice of food at an
affordable price.
b) Parking zone:We have big parking zone which includes around 100 parking spaces for
cars and 50 places for cyclists, because our restaurant is famous and very populous.

Victoria name is of Latin origin and means victory, victorious.
Semantic content of these pronouns is easily decrypted in all the Romance languages.
And also this restaurant was named in my honor because it is a very beautiful name, and
even attract a lot of population in our restaurant.

Cover of menu is made of cardboard and skin.
Our menu list includes all kitchen preparations (cold and hot), confectionery - pastry
and alcoholic beverages and soft drinks that we offer to the consumer. In the menu list we
specify quantities of each products (grams, milliliters).

The restaurant "Victoria" is like a corner of paradise, well located in one of the oldest
districts of the capital. The restaurant is provided for 100 seats, is made in ancient Rome
venerable style, harmoniously combining warm tones of modest elements, particularly
cutlery polishing and beautifully decorated. At guests disposal are: WI-FI internet
connection high speed, video projectors, professional audio systems. This allows business
spending nature events: conferences, symposiums, trainings, conferences.
The furniture is purchased in Italy and is made of natural wood. Tables and chairs
elegantly accessorized highlights unique architecture and interior design.
To give a pleasant smell inside the restaurant every time we bring new natural plants and
flowers.
Bar:
At your disposal we also have a mini-bar, in which we have both: alcoholic and soft drinks .

Terrace:
As a final note we recommend summer terrace, landscaped absolutely original,
harmonious and comfortable. The perfect combination of classic style, elegant chairs and
rustic accents fill-perfect summer graceful atmosphere.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do,
offering a rich and varied range of dishes to choose menu according to your likes and
claims, all served in a stately atmosphere with elegance and style.

Chef cap is made of cotton, wash at 90 t degrees celsius and whitens with
chlorine, worn in antiquity by freed slaves and during the French Revolution -
symbol of freedom.
Today, the chef hat remains a symbol of authority and knowledge.

Scarf is, instead, an attractive way to give a touch of formality and kept casual
elegance you desire. Scarf can give you style, personality, practical functionality.
The double breasted jacket can be reversed to hide stains. The thick cotton cloth
protects from the heat of stove and oven and protects from splattering of boiling
liquids. Knotted cloth buttons were used to survive frequent washing and contact
with hot items.
Chefs wear cooking aprons for several reasons. One reason is that they are
dealing with a variety of food ingredients for many hours each day and have to
have a means of keeping their clothing free from dirt, stains and odors.
Waiters, waitresses are person who serves customers in a local public food
consumption, they are polite and wearing a very nice uniform.
Security- People who have the task to maintain peace and defend of restaurant.

Kitchen and its equipment :
The kitchen is equipped with the most innovative technologies that enable the
preparation of tasty and healthy dishes, preserving maximum flavor qualities. .

A refrigerator is a device to produce and maintain the cold temperature that is lower
than ambient, being used in the kitchen for food preservation, without it there couldnt
be a restaurant because the products must be stored at low temperature.
. Table cutlery sets are exclusive collection of porcelain, which satisfy the most refined
tastes. The glasses are made of glass, spoons, forks, knives are made of silver.

In conclusion, I can say that this restaurant is successful, with a huge income.
The pluses of this restaurant:
+ Restaurant is decorated very nice, and there is an good atmosphere;
+ Is a place where you can go with friends;
+ Excellent food tastes are the same every time;
+ Toilets are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean;
+ Meals are great;
+ Employees are always there for customers only for customers;
+ There is a terrace perfect for cool summer evenings;
