In this context the official Sri.G.Vijay Kumar PA(CO) , has been asked to produce the original
Boarding Pass(Self) from Chennai to Hyderabad . In this connection the official has come up with a
representation stating that Original Boarding Pass for self from Chennai to Hyderabad was lost and
misplaced and could not be traced even after efforts were made to trace the same. The official also
declared that he actually performed journey alongwith his family for which tickets have been submitted
alongwith the bill.
The official request to consider and settled his LTV Bill basing on the tickets produce with an
excuse of lost of boarding pass.

The official has submitted medical reimbursement bills for the period from 17-07-201 to 28-07-
2017. The official is a kidney patient and undergoes Heamodialysis at Continent Hospitals ( a CGHS
empanelled hospital) for thrice a week for 4 weeks in a month on the advice of CGHS and with
permission of the Head of the Office, copies of the same are submitted alongwith bills.
I) Medical bill for Rs.10143/- for the period from 17-7-2017 to 28-7-2017 is scrutinized
and found to be in order for consideration.

II) As per the advice of the CGHS Doctor the official under Left Eye Cyclocryotheraphy
Surgery & Intra Vitreal Injection Lucentis in Left Eye and submitted bill for Rs.4366/-.
The bill for Rs.4366/- is scrutinized and found to be in order for consideration.
The CPMG (as the Head of the Deptt.) is vested with the powers to settle all medical
reimbursement claims for amounts exceeding Rs.5000/- in the case of in-patients as per CS(MA) Rules
1944 and CGHS orders. The above medical reimbursement claims may kindly be considered and
approved please.
This is regarding request for appointment as Postman under sports
quota case of Sri M Praveen Kumar. The representation received from the
candidate is placed at Sl No. 28/C. In this case, the Honble CAT in OA No. 651 /
2012 vide order dated 31.01.2013 at Sl No. 14-1/C has directed by the respondents
