Strengths of the lesson:

Well managed start to the lesson
Good voice and eye contact
Good to go around the class and get each child to say the sound
Better facial expressions and interaction with the children
Good variety of activities
Good group monitoring and supporting
Good lesson plan
Areas for development:

You need to work on how to prevent the children from shouting out and becoming too
noisy this is a weak area and is hindering your teaching and the childrens learning
How about putting the activities on the table before the start of the lesson so everything
is ready?

Better with the activities but some work on students attitude to learning

Completed lesson plan for every lesson, printed and available to MST and MCT upon request
Ensure lesson plans have sufficient detail to secure effective delivery
Lesson plans are linked to long range and unit plans only EYFS to develop
Learning objectives are testable and directly linked to curriculum outcomes
Lesson plans have clear assessment which includes formative and/or summative activities
Lesson plans are balanced securing lessons which are engaging, effective and student centered
Differentiation has been incorporated into lesson plans where appropriate and needed

Still not fully included in your lesson plan you should be using the Year 4 lesson plan template.
Managing Learning

Comments:
When you have established and are managing classroom routines and transitions the children will be
quieter and stop shouting out.
