    INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES:

    1. Fill in with BLOCK LETTERS.


    2. Please attach attested copies of all the following documents.
    (a) S.S.C. Certificate. (b) H.S.C. Certificate.
    (c) Marks Certificates of (each year or each semester) of qualifying examination i.e. undergraduate /
    postgraduate programmes.
    (d) Degree / Provisional Certificate of qualifying examination.
    (e) Computerised National Identity Card.
    (f) Registration Certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council / Pakistan Council of Architects and Town
    Planners (if applicable).
    (g) Migration Certificate (in original) in case of a candidate having degree from a University other than
    NED University.
    (h) No Objection Certificate (in original), from the employer as per requirement of respective Department.
    (i) Two Latest Photographs 1 x 1.
    (j) Score of GAT (Subject)/ GRE.
    3. Proof of financial support to carry out the study.
    4. Three reference letters in sealed envelopes of which at least two must be from teachers of the institution last
    attended.
    5. Incomplete applications shall not be considered.
    6. The application shall be rejected summarily in case the applicant is found guilty of suppression or
    misrepresentation of material facts.
    7. All applications shall be subjected to eligibility conditions as given in University Regulations.
    8. Applicant must submit one additional photocopy of this form.
