    POEA’s PDOS Trainer’s Training

    4. Certificate of Employment of Trainer/s

    5. Copy of incorporation/ registration documents


    - Literature on institutional mission/ operations
    - Organizational Profile, its Mission & Vision;
    - List of Officers;
    - Programs/Projects and its beneficiaries;

    6. Additional requirements
    - Building Occupancy Certificate
    - Sample PDOS Certificate
    - Three Specimen Signatures of the following:
    . President of the Company or its representative
    . Trainer
    - PDOS Course Syllabus/ Materials/ Module (E-copy)
    - Venue Sketch

     For New:

    POEA License
    Total Number of Deployed Workers for 1 Year (POEA Received Copy)
