cusp sub lord, Moon, signifies houses 3-11-12 and is connected with houses 1-5-11-10-2-8-
12. The 11th sub lord Moon indicates the 11th, dual marriage is promised.

My opinion: All three conditions above indicate the chance of third marriage is sure. but
the 11th sub lord signifies negative bhava too. So now she has to be ready for compromise in
married life and also conduct marriage matching carefully before you fix marriage.
