    MINUTES OF HOD MEETING HELD ON 26 JUNE 2015

    GENERAL POINTS

     Prof.D.Ramalingam welcomed by all faculty members.


     Self introduction was given by faculty member.
     All faculty members involve to works as team.
     Discussion is going on about an evaluation system.
     Allotting the coordinators for concerned activities like icampuz, class
    advisor, file management, ISO process, Discipline, internal exam cell
    etc…
     Student problems should be in proper channel through class advisor, Hod,
    Dean and principal.
     Freedom was given to the faculty member in the area of academic duties.
     Class advisor is responsible for concerned students for their activities in
    the college premises.
     Promoting the students to get all clear in their subjects for introducing
    assignment and individual care for particularly the below average
    students.
