5.1 WHAT IS CONSENT?

5.4 WHAT IS UNDUE INFLUENCE?
A contract is said to be induced by undue influence where
(i) one of the parties is in a position to
dominate the willof the other and
(ii) he uses the position to obtain anunfair advantageover the other Sec. 16(1).
