BE IT KNOWN that on the 1st day of March, 2015 at 10:11 A.M., in the city of Manila,
Philippines, at the request of Mercedita L. Lucas, the holder of the draft herein set forth, I Atty.
Relson P. Moral, a duly commissioned Notary Public for and in the City of Manila, personally
presented the original of said draft at First Philippine Bank to the drawee, and demanded payment
thereof, which it refused saying ACCOUNT CLOSED;

At 60 days after sight of this FIRST Bill of Exchange (Second of the same tenor
and date being unpaid) pay to First Philippine Bank or order the sum
Value received and charge the same to account of BLUE CANYON MERCHANDISE 1198____

WHEREUPON I, the said Notary, at the request aforesaid, did protest and by these presents, do
publicly protest as well against the drawers and indorsers of said draft, as a3gainst all others whom it
both or may concern, for exchange, re-exchange, and all costs, charges, damages, and interests already
incurred or to be incurred by reason hereof;
AND I DO HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 5th day of March, 2015, notice of this protest, signed by
me, was served upon Blue Canyon Merchandise, drawer, delivering the same to him personally in this city
at 1198 Amethyst St. Pandacan, Manila 1011, such being its reputed principal place of business.
THUS DONE and protested at the City of Manila this 5th day of March, 2015.
