 Assist in the selection, training, and supervision of anywhere from 5 to 12 resident assistants.
 Assist in the daily administration of my building. This may include, but is not limited to maintaining hall rosters,
managing room change processes, reviewing maintenance issues, overseeing hall budgets, and completing other
reports a necessary.
 Work with diverse student populations.
 Adjudicate violations of the Code of Student Conduct, up to 1st offense marijuana, alcohol, fire safety and
technology violations and 2nd offense general policy violations.
 Advise students in response to crisis or stressful situations.
 Serve on departmental or university committees, including Dance Marathon, PEAKS the first-year experience,
RESPECT Campaign, Residential Student Association Advisor, teach the LEAD 141 course and RA Training.
 Serve in a weekend on-call rotation to provide emergency management for the campus.
 Participate in professional and paraprofessional staff selection and training processes.
 Attend weekly one-on-one, building staff, and departmental staff meetings.
