    Dear Mr. Ambassador, 
     
    After  months  of  consideration  and  planning  with  my  Cabinet,  the  National  Security 
    Council,  as  well  as  other  foreign  policy  experts  and  members  of  the  Bzerneleg  Parliament, I am 
    pleased  to  inform  you,  the  official  GI-Land  Ambassador  to the World Forum and Speaker of the 
    Assembly  thereof,  that  the  Republic  of  Bzerneleg  would  want to express its interest in obtaining 
    membership  of  the  World  Forum.  Bzerneleg  commits  to  ratify  the  Charter  of  the  World  Forum 
    after being approved by WF Member States. 
     
    I  would  also,  on  this  occasion,  like  to  invite  Leader  and King Gianluca IV and you to pay 
    a  state  visit  to  Bzerneleg  in  the  near  future.  GI-Land  is  the  first  country  to  have  an  embassy  in 
    Bzerneleg  and  it  would  be  sad  if  His  Excellency  the  Leader  and  King won’t be able to pay a visit 
    to  our  country.  I  am  confident  that  your  visit  will  help  to  strengthen  the  ties  of  friendship 
    between our two countries.
