• Using reward system to engage and motivated the students.
• Having several activities to help students understand the concept such as: in math center, reading
center and writing center.

• The students will listen when some is speak and will do all the best work to get stickers.

Introduction (warmer activity + teacher active engagement)

• Gather children on the carpet, explain that today they are going to learn a new letter .
• Shown the children a flashcard and sing “popcorn p p p”.

Time:

• Shown them the action and ask them to preform it together.


- Activity one

• Give students the instruction such as each students have to share the resource.

• Students follow the instruction and start the activity when all the students start together.

• The students will take the plate and put little of glue on the tope of plate to stick the panda
ears.
• Then will stick the eyes and all some eyes lenses.
• The students will draw the panda nose like a triangle shapes.
• Then the students will take ice cream stick and glue it behind the plate.
• The students before they move to another center will make sure the table is clean and back
all resource to their place.

- Activity two

• Give the students the instruction like they have to write their name on the top of the sheet.

• The students will follow my instruction and share the material with others.

• The students will have sheet has a sound p and glitter.

• The student will glue sound p to design it with glitter.

• The students will add the glitter blue or red on all the sound p.

• Then the students will overturn the paper to throw the glitter.

• The students before they move to another table will make sure the table is clean and back all
resource to their place.

• Asking question for what they did through the lesson and what did they learn. “ Who can

tell me which letter we learned today? “ What is the letter that start in panda word?” “ How

we pronoun letter p?”


Closing

Time:

• Review with them the words start with sound p such as panda, penguin, and popcorn.

Assessment

• I will tell them to show me their magic finger and write sound \p\ at the carpet or on the air.

• Each child will have a chance to give me a word start with sound \p\ like potato, panda, pain.

• I will start asking them the hot question such as ; who can tell me which letter we learned today? ,
How we pronounce letter \p\? , what is the similarity in those words panda, penguin, potato and
popcorn.

The one aspect that I did very well in this lesson is the opening the lesson. It was the first English
lesson but I taught the students before numbers, so I was little nerves for how I will greet the
children and how I will introduce the sound. While I explain to the children what we will do as
activities, they exited and stopped talking while I spoke. Then I start to introduce the sound how to
pronounce and write it; the word starts with this sound. The MST was happy with me because I get
improve myself through getting children control and get them attention to the lesson.

Who is the lesson for? The lesson for KG2-3, age 4 to 5 years old.

Where did the lesson take place? The lesson was in the classroom

What were you trying to achieve in your lesson? Try to get children control during the lesson

What did the students do? The students were out of my control at the begging of the lesson

while I start taught the sound some students behave their self and start listen to me.

Why do you think the students responded the way that they did? The students weren’t listen to

me but they follow my instruction during the activities time, that keep me feel the students

don’t want to listen they want to learn by doing.

How well did you engage the students? The students were engaged by shows video days of the

week and song of sound.

Explain the nature of the experience from the students’ perspective

Did your lesson meet your teaching goals? I wasn’t achieved my goal in this lesson, because it

was the first time I taught the students sounds.

How might you enhance student learning of this lesson in the future? Have more activities to

keep the students understand and recognized the sound \p\.

to get children control
