    OPENING STATEMENT
    Bachelors in Communications with a focus within Public Relations. Honor student graduating with a 3.8 GPA. Involved
    in extracurricaular activities such as PRSSA, Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity, and an active member in the communications
    living and learning community. Well versed in snapchat, Instagram, facebook, and vimeo and an experienced user of
    Microsoft office, including excel, word, powerpoint, and outlook.
    EDUCATION
    2014-2018 Bachelor of Arts, Communication Studies, public relations emphasis; minor in religious studies,
    (expected) graudiating with honors with a 3.8 GPA.

    2010-2014 Highschool deploma earned from Lake Norman Charter School, 3.95 GPA, a college prepeatory
    charter with a focus in marketing and business relations. Inovlved college credit, partaking in
    entry level business and public speaking courses.

    EXPERIENCE
    2016-present Communications intern, Charlotte Checkers Minor League Hockey
    Managed all fan relations and social media content for the team. In charge of the snapchat,
    facebook, Instagram and live Charlotte Checkers app each home game. Office hours spent
    managing community relations from distributing press and parking passes to managing
    spectator boxes for corporate events/sponsorships
    2010-present Headserver, Boardwalk Billy’s
    Operating as a direct extension of management, responibilites included opening and closing the
    restaurant, as well as overseeing a staff of fourteen servers at a time. Required to maintain an
    eight table section while handling all necessary discounts, compensation, and scheduling of the
    servers on a day to day basis.
    2012-2014 Musical Minds Coordinater, Blythe Elementarty School
    Director of the musical minds program at Blythe Elementary School in Huntersville, North
    Carolina. Overseeing a program which brings afterschool musical eduactaion to title one
    students across North Carolina. Personally responsible for obtaining instruments, score sheets,
    as well as volunteers and teachers in order to sustain the programs vitality.

    Eagle scout as of December 12th 2016
    Invited to participate in National Youh Leadership training as a young scout, awarding
    top scout at the venture and invited to instruct the course the following year
    National Youth Leadership Training team leader from August 2015 to September 2016
    2015-present Ark in The Park Community Coordinator
    Responsible for overseeing the adult portion of the community night for title one schools.
    Led classes on financial literacy as well as how-to courses on tax returns, mobile banking, as
    well as home economics.
