Both the white and yolk of an egg is rich in nutrients- proteins, vitamins and minerals
with the yolk also containing cholesterol, fat soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids.
Eggs are an important and versatile ingredient for cooking, as their particular chemical
make up is literally the glue of many important baking reactions. Eggs are rich in vitamins
and numerous nutrients which are best for the body.
Because of the benefits that salted egg has, the researcher studies on how to mix it to
different varieties of foods. Since Filipino like different unique foods like pastries,
entrepreneurs decide to invent pastry food from salted egg. This study tries to find the
relationship of the requirements of establishing a business on newly acquire products.
This research will also encourage the public to eat salted egg hopia and will guarantee
an affordable price.
Innovating and inventing a certain product is an activity that needs a wide study to
become effective. Business planning is an important ingredient in order to overcome risk
