RATIONALE
The primary goals of engaging in systematic assessment of our personality
development subjects are to improve learning and enhance students personality
with the help of the teachers who are fully equipped with basic and technical
fundamentals in personality development. Ultimately, the quality of our academic
programs is within the responsibility of our faculty. Faculty are the experts in
their fields, and they are in the post position to determine what students in the
Personality Development subject should be learning.
The primary goals of engaging in systematic assessment of our research papers
in the school are to improve learning and to enhance students’ successes with the help
of the teachers who are fully-equipped with basic and technical fundamentals in
conducting inquiry papers. Ultimately, the quality of our academic programs is within the
responsibility of our faculty. Faculty are the experts in their fields, and they are in the
best position to determine what students in their research disciplines should be learning.
For that reason we intend assessment in this campus to be faculty driven, locally-
defined, and program specific. Assessment has on-going program improvement as the
central goal, and it revolves around faculty defining and articulating standards of
performance for students’ learning in their discipline that are appropriate.
Assessment involves collecting and evaluating credible evidence of student
learning, and using that evidence to improve the curriculum, pedagogy, and/or advising,
and if necessary to modify and refine the program’s learning outcomes.
Engaging in meaningful and regular assessment that directly leads to program
improvement makes this approach valuable to both students and faculty, as well as to
the institution as a whole.

It allows students to understand the major functions of research and helps them
identify their own strengths, weakness, and progress, and helps prospective students
select a program of study. It allows faculty to articulate what students are expected to
know and the skills they will acquire; to communicate clear expectations to students; to
provide a framework for faculty evaluation of the curriculum based on empirical data;
and to improve and to measure impact of implemented changes. It is valuable to the
institutions to facilitate evaluation of students’ achievements across the subject.
OBJECTIVES
To attain the above-mentioned goals, the succeeding focuses are stressed:
1. Identify areas where research evidence could make the most difference that can
contribute to the program planning and evaluation.
2. Lead students to academic domain of research in each chosen discipline which
primarily aims to discover new phenomena and create new baseline, based on
principles and rules in natural phenomena and pursuit of truth
3. Conduct researches that contribute to the development of the core role in society
4. Raise quality research papers to standards and aim to activate and advance
researches further
5. Promote a wide range of researches that can be actively disclosed results of not
only individual researches but also other researches to return research results to
society, promote industry-academic-government research projects and regional
partnership research projects, and promote corporatization and
commercialization
