Obtain The Fourier Series Expansion of The Following Time-Domain Periodic Functions

This document provides directions for problem set 4 on advanced engineering mathematics for computer engineering and electrical engineering students. It instructs students to (1) solve problems systematically and show work, (2) simplify final answers, and (3) highlight final answers in light yellow. It also notes that students should not use odd and even function techniques, and that the final answer for Fourier series problems should include the graph, coefficients a0, an, bn, and the full Fourier series expansion.

ADVANCED ENGINEERING MATHEMATICS FOR CpE/ECE

PROBLEM SET 4

Directions: (1) Solve the following as systematically as possible. Show your complete solutions.

(2) Simplify your final answers. Answers not in simplest form will only get half of the respective points.

(3) Highlight your final answers. Unhighlighted final answers will be considered incorrect. No erasures on
the final answers, otherwise, it will be voided. Use light yellow as highlighter.

Notes: 1. Do not use Odd and Even Function Techniques. Solve it completely.

2. Final answers include graph, a0, an, bn, and the Fourier Series Expansion. No need to highlight the graph.

2. Bring highlighters (light colors only) on the day of the examination.
