f) To awaken us allow to the power of the these values in achieving our individual and national goals;
g) To empower all people of all classes through global evangelization and the sustained application of
Christian values within the context of the applicable laws of given by the concerned authorities;
h) To understand, accept and practice positive Christian values and to participate in the collective
formulation of the national, moral recovery program and to support individuals and organizations which
will espouse the objectives and purpose of this foundation
i) To provide stimulus or an influence in the world that would encourage positive values and focus on the
need to abide by theme accepted values is the norm of conduct either public office or private practice
j) To establish local and international resource centers for assets, financial or material either to donated
and the proper accounting thereof;
k) To acquire and depose of real and personal property of other assets as may be necessary for the
formation of the objectives of the association; and
l) To receive donations from local and foreign sources to finance activities of the association

1. This pertains to the After Activity report on Tree Planting, Gift Giving, Coastal Cleaning and Daycare Feeding
conducted on March 15, 2012, in the Municipality of San Joaquin, San Joaquin, Iloilo

Team led by PINSP. HERMOGENES E EULATIC, COP of

San Joaquin Police station together with PNP personnel of
this station and personnel of Iloilo Police Provincial Office
headed by PSUPT. RUBY GUMBAN, Chief PCR and and
members of VALUES FORMATION AND SPIRITUAL
TRANSFORMATION COUNCIL INC., VALUES ADVOCATE R6 headed by REV.
REYNALDO ROMERO conducted Tree Planting activity at the vacant lot at Purok 1. The activity was also
participated by the Brgy. Officials headed by Punong Barangay Mario Sansolis, Brgy. tanods, residents of said place
and planted more or less Three Hundred (300) seedling of Mahonany, Atis and Mango. Activity ended at about
1000H of same date with very satisfactory result.

PINSP. HERMOGENES E EULATIC, COP of San Joaquin Police station together with
PNP personnel of this station and personnel of Iloilo Police Provincial Office headed
by PSUPT. RUBY GUMBAN, Chief PCR and members of VALUES FORMATION AND
SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION COUNCIL INC. VALUES ADVOCATE R6 headed
by REV. REYNALDO ROMERO jointly conducted Gift Giving activity at Purok 1, this
municipality. Mrs. Mary Jane Senco, housewife with Six (6) children was chosen as
recipient of said activity received can goods, noodles, rice and used clothing. Activity ended at about 1130H of same
date with very satisfactory result.

Team led by PINSP. HERMOGENES E EULATIC, COP of San Joaquin Police station
together with PNP personnel of this station and personnel of Iloilo Police Provincial
Office headed by PSUPT. RUBY GUMBAN, Chief PCR with the support of Local
Government Unit of this Municipality headed by Hon. Ninfa Serag Garin, Municipal
Mayor and Hon. Marcelo Valentine Serag, Committee on Peace and Order jointly
conducted Coastal Clean-up Drive Activity along the coastal area of Purok 3 up to Purok 1, this municipality. The
activity was also participated by the Brgy. Officials headed by Punong Barangay Mario Sansolis , Brgy.
tanods,residents of said place and members of VALUES FORMATION AND SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION
COUNCIL INC. VALUES ADVOCATE R6 headed by REV. REYNALDO ROMERO. Activity ended at about 1200H of
same date with very satisfactory result.
 Team led by PINSP. HERMOGENES E EULATIC, of San Joaquin Police station
together with Twenty (20) PNP personnel of this station and personnel of Iloilo
Police Provincial Office headed by PSUPT. RUBY GUMBAN, Chief PCR and
PSUPT. RUBINE GRANDEZA, Chief WCPC and members of VALUES
FORMATION AND SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION COUNCIL INC. VALUES
ADVOCATE R6 headed by REV. REYNALDO ROMERO with the support of
Local Government Unit of this Municipality headed by Hon. Ninfa Serag Garin,
Municipal Mayor and Hon. Marcelo Valentine Serag, Committee on Peace and
Order jointly conducted Feeding activity at Purok 1, Day Care Center, San
Joaquin, Iloilo. Twenty (20) pupils of Daycare center were served with nutritious
Chicken Soup and pandesal. The said activity was supported by the Brgy.
Officials of said place and parents. Activity ended at about 1350H of same date
with very satisfactory result.
