    CONCRETE SURFACE FINISHER

    DESCRIPTION
    UltraFino Skimcoat cement-based powder for thin
    plastering applications. When mixed with wate, the
    smooth creamy consistency makes it easy to correct
    surface imperfections prior to painting.

    FEATURES AND BENEFITS

    • No primer needed (for White finish)

    RECOMMENDED USES
    • For EXTERIOR and INTERIOR plastered concrete
    applications. (Surface of walls, ceilings, beams and
    columns)
    • For pre-cast and formed concrete

    PREPARATION & USE


    • Surface must be structurally sound, clean and free
    from dust, oil, paint, grease and other contaminants.
    • For holes that are more than 2mm deep, pre-patching
    and filling is required or build-up application may be
    employed. Area Covered per 20Kg Bag
    Thickness
    MIXING
    1. Into a clean plastic container, pour the amount of 1mm 20 sqm
    UltraFino Skimcoat needed for the job at hand and 2mm 10 sqm
    considering a potlife of 3-5 hours.
    2. Mix by hand or by a low speed (300rpm) mechanical Physical Properties
    mixer for 2-3 minutes. Mix thoroughly to a smooth

    3. Let stand for 15 minutes and mix occasionally during
    use. Sufficient water can be added if the mixture Setting Time 30 minutes to 1 hour
    becomes dehydrated. (depending on weather
    conditions)
    APPLICATION
    1. Damp the substrate with water. Pot Life 3-5 hours
    2. UltraFino Skimcoat can be applied onto the substrate Curing Time 12-48 hours
    using a flat-edge steel trowel.
    Thickness Featheredge 0 – 2mm
    3. To increase thickness, a second coat may be applied
    just before the first coat is about to set. PACKAGING
    4. When sanding, use sandpaper 120 or above. 20-Kg Bag
