General Plan of Action Theriza Camille Y. Geluz - Chief Liaisons Officer
The duties and functions of the Chief Liaisons Officer are stated under Article X Section 6 of
the constitution. Aside from being the head of the external affairs committee, the chief liaisons
officer also serves as the official spokesperson of the organization, and take charge of all external
operation and publicity matters.
Objectives
- to be able to perform all the duties of the Chief liaisons officer
- to work hand in hand with my fellow officers in promoting our organization
- to encourage creativity from the members of the external affairs cluster
1. Lack of Workshops
-Being a part of the external affairs doesnt mean that you have to be an expert in
softwares such as Photoshop or Lightroom. Great, creative ideas are formed in our minds,
syempre pangalawa nalang yung pag gawa ng idea mismo sa softwares. If im not
mistaken once lang nagka workshop and that was last sem.
Plan of action
1. Workshops atleast twice per semester.
- The heavy work load every semester usually starts about a month after the official start
of classes. My plan is to hold these workshops during the first month of the sem. These will
serve as tutorials for beginners in editing softwares and practice for those who have used/ are
using softwares to create pubmats. In these workshops, we get to have an idea of how each of us
work and learn from each others’ styles.
-Members from other clusters are welcomed to share their ideas and learn softwares with
us.
2. Layout a plan for the posting of pubmats / teasers for upcoming events of the
semester.
- A calendar for all of the major and prioritized events would be made so as to keep track
of the remaining days until the posting of the required pubmat. A schedule will be provided for
each event and the assignments will be announced at least a week before the submission of the
first draft.
