Jewels worth over one million pounds were stolen
yesterday from the Delarte jewellery workshop. At 7
p.m., after weeks of careful planning, the thieves
switched off the closed circuit television, placed a
ladder in the yard behind the workshop and climbed
onto the roof.
At 7.10 they handcuffed the manager and an employee
to a table and tied scarves around their mouths.
Five minute later, they put jewels worth over 1 million
pounds into bags. At 7:20 they left the building.
Nobody saw them.
