    If any descripancy or non conformance report shall be reported for desposition
    3.0 PREPARATION BEFORE STARTING WORK
    3.1 Checking equipment and tool for grouting application, inspection, etc.

    documented and submitted to Client as per Contract Doc. NCR, Etc.
