    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

    We, ________________ and ________________, of legal ages, Filipino Citizens, and all are residents
    of Sitio Hagdan, Barangay Yapak, Malay, Aklan, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose
    and say:

    That we are the adjoining owners of a parcel of land identified as [LOT NO.] Malay Cadastre containing an
    area of NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR (9,854) square meters, identical to
    _______________________________________________pt., located at Barangay Yapak, Boracay Island,
    Municipality of Malay, Province of Aklan;

    That I, _____________________, is the adjoining lot owner on the Western side (Lot No. ________) and I
    ________________, representing the Heirs of Pacifico Coching, are the adjoining lot owners on the Northern side
    (Lot No. ___________);

    That said lot (Lot No. ______________ cad 704-D) was previously composed of two (2) lots, Lot No.
    _____________ and Lot No. _____________, respectively owned by [previous owner]; part of Lot No.
    ____________ was sold to ______________, and later on, the whole lots (Lot No. ____ and Lot No. _________)
    was purchased by ________________________; Eventually said lots were subdivided into the following lots and
    sold to the respective new owners:

    That we know for a fact the above-mentioned persons/entities are the owners of their respective lots, have
    introduced improvements thereon and have been in possession of the land in the concept of owner ever since up to
    the present;

    That said Lot No_________________, has never been owned or possessed by [conflicting owner] nor did
    any of her Heirs or assigns; therefore, erroneously surveyed and recorded by PENRO-DENR.

    That there is no conflict of boundaries between our lots adjoining theirs;

    That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing facts and for
    whatever legal purposes it may serve.
