6.2 Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for Approval Drawings submittal, if the aproval drawings are required by
customer.
6.3 Customer must return approval drawings to Zamil Structural Head Office within 2 weeks of receipt. Any delay in the
return of the approval drawings back to Zamil Structural may result in a change to our delivery commitment.
6.4 Incase the approval drawings aren’t essential, the technical offer incorporated with this contract must be thoroughly
checked by customer or his technical staff along with the preliminary proposal drawings (if any). Signing the contract, in
this case, will entitle Zamil Structural to proceed with engineering/fabrication works on this project without the need to
any further confirmation from customer or his technical staff.
7.2 All expenses incurred inside the country of import, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, clearance fees
and demurrage charges due to delays in returning the containers to the shipping lines, is the responsibility of the buyer.
7.3 Materials should be thoroughly checked after unloading. Zamil Structural should be notified in writing of any
shortages or damages within four weeks from the delivery date.
7.4 Care, storage and protection of the materials at the site is the responsibility of the customer, or his contractor..
7.5 Red oxide and grey aluminum oxide primer paints are meant to protect the steel during transportation and for a short
storage period at site (not to exceed two weeks). Zamil Structural is not responsible for any signs of rust that might
appear on the steel due to improper storage or long storage periods at site.
7.6 Incase of C&F offer, this includes the freight charges from any Egyptian Port to the target Port only. It doesn't include
any of the below mentioned items which should by handled by the customer:-
8.2 If the job (project) is not “Released for Production” within TWO months from the date of entering this order at
Zamil Structural Head Office, it will be subject to delivery change and price change in accordance with the
prevailing delivery schedules and prices at the end of the above noted period.
“Released for Production” means that the Approval Drawings have been returned by the buyer “Approved as
Noted” or “Approved as Is”, the agreed upon payment terms, as per Section 12, have been fulfilled by the buyer
and the job has been released for final engineering production and fabrication at Zamil Structural.
8.3 That portion of this order that is not released for production as per section 8.2 and not shipped within the maximum
committed delivery period in section 6.1 of this proposal will be subject to a price change in accordance with the
prevailing prices posted at the end of the above noted time period. However, if that portion is not shipped due to
reasons by Zamil Structural, no price implication will be applied
Section 9: Changes/Revisions
Any change and/or revision to the above stated scope of supply may lead to a variation in the price and the delivery
period. A change must not hold payment for work completed in the original contract.

HAND, located in Lebanon and represented by Mr. Hassabo A. Elrahman, duly authorized to enter into this contract.
AND
Zamil Structural Steel Co. (S.A.E), ON THE OTHER HAND, located in 7th Industrial Zone -Sadat City – Menoufia,
Arab Republic of Egypt, and represented by Mr. Ayman Galal, duly authorized to enter into this contract.
CONTRACT SCOPE: The supply of Zamil Structural building as described in the contract documents.
