Punch list preparation during line walk through for piping spool, control valves, pressure
valves, and check with respect to Isometric and P&ID.
Supervision of Final reinstatement of all piping components including valves, in pipe line
instruments which have been removed or not install during or before pressure test.
Engage in commissioning work in air blowing and water, oil, and chemical flushing both
process and utility piping, fixing of valve key lock and spring support adjustment checking,
including bolts torque and tensioning as per project standard and procedure.
Line walk through of piping systems, reinstatement of lines and associated piping
components after pre-mechanical completion activities and hand over to commissioning
Team.
Overall and final walk through Pre-Start up Safety Review (PSSR) of all piping systems.

Welding Controls & inspection of weld joints prior to pressure testing of systems.
