Prenatal Yoga is a series of gentle stretches, mental centering, and focused breathing
that bring many health benefits to both the expectant mother and baby. Research shows
that it can help in relieving lower back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel, headaches, and
shortness of breath associated with pregnancy (Mayo Clinic, 2015).
