This system emphasizes the trend of service orientation in the management and control of air
pollution monitoring system. Applications with Service-oriented Enterprise Architectures in the
Cloud are emerging and will shape future trends in technology and communication. Growing trends
in Air pollution is possessing threat to environment. Various Researchers have extended their work in
predicting air pollution using various predictive analytics. In this project, we are implementing a
predictive model for monitoring air pollution level in different cities of India and publishing it as a
web service .The algorithm being used is Collaborative Filtering Prediction Algorithm. A
comparison has also been carried out in different predictive analytics mainly using Machine Learning
techniques such as regression and Deep Learning Technique and Collaborative filtering technique.
This paper proposes “Collaborative filtering (cf) - prediction algorithm” to develop a predictive
model to predict air pollution by applying neural network algorithms on air pollution data. The
predictive model will be published as service, so that it can be used by various other air pollution
check systems .The predictive model will take past data of 15 days for air pollution indicators like
Silicon oxides, nitrogen oxides and will predict the air pollution level of city.
