This Order that i received on 6th day of March 2018 A.D. by Attorney for Plaintiff - Jeanette J. Smith, Esq. hand
down by the Administrative tribunal of Magistrate MARGARET DEWEYCHEETUM, in Docket No. F 001300 18;
I, Your Name Here, proper name pursuant to Title 18, Section 1342, sui juris, have received an order by the
above listed Attorney of a Court Order in regards to the above listed docket number, due to what was received, I
require that a certified court Order/Warrant be forwarded to I by the Magistrate MARGARET
DEWEYCHEETUM, it was not “verified” by a bona fide copy of authenticated wet-ink signed order with a State
embossed seal of authority in the case number F001300 18 and supported by Oath or Affirmation (Affidavit) as
required by law. Also the Attorney for Plaintiff - Jeanette J. Smith is trying to illegally steal my property away
from me without proper due process of law and she has not filed the required Affidavit in court as proof of true
and correct documents on behalf of her clients required by law.
I am having trouble tracking down definitive answers regarding court seals and stamps, I would be most obliged
if you could help pursuant to a Common Law/F.O.I.A./O.P.R.A. Request?
A court seal is defined as a mark that the court places on a document to authenticate it. I have over recent years
however seen some variance in this practice insomuch that some courts issue a ‘sealed document’ by way of an
embossed mark pressed into the paper while others simply use a black inked rubber stamped with no embossing,
however the above case carry none, no signature, no rubber stamp or no embossing.
Could you kindly set out for me which courts of the United States must seal their ORDERS, WARRANTS etc
(by way of a simple table if needed), with an embossed marks, which courts do not, and why such embossing might
not be needed on an official court issued document.
As an addendum to the previous question, could you also confirm, which courts/orders/warrants/summons
require a wet ink signature from a 1) judge, 2) magistrate, 3) person acting on behalf of the above (clerk etc.), and
which do not.
Finally, could you kindly tell me please, if any of the above-mentioned courts which issue an embossed seal, issue a
summons, warrant or court order upon which the signature, embossed seal is absent, and absent of supported by
Oath or Affirmation (Affidavit) pursuant to the 4th amendment to the constitution, what authority such a document
would have.
If I do not hear from you, in writing, within 7 days, your lack of response will establish the presumption that
you or your service and the order that the above Attorney for Plaintiff - Jeanette J. Smith, Esq. Foreign Bar
#013962666 did not render the proper Order/Warrant documenting the authority to support your “Order”/
“Warrant” given on _____ day of March 2018 A.D. and or any claim of any requirement or obligation upon me, a
“natural person”. And this will be documented for this “Order Vacated” for the Docket No. F 001300 18. It has
become terribly confusing to me.
Yours faithfully,
“Without Prejudice”
