8. Electrical connection
The pump must be installed as described in the installation and
operating instructions of CR, CRI, CRN.
Pumps with motors of 25 and 30 Hp and 4-pole motors 1.5 Hp
(1.1 kW) and above must be started via a soft starter.

8.1 Motor protection


As minimum the motor must be connected to an effective elec-
tronic motor protection with instantaneous release when the max-
imum setting of the current is reached. If a soft starter or fre-
quency converter is used it must also be with instantaneous
release.

Warning: Pay attention to the direction of the vent hole to
ensure that the escaping liquid does not cause injury to per-
sons or damage to the motor or other components.
10.When liquid starts running out, tighten the air vent screw
securely.

The pump requires no maintenance if is has been installed
according to the instructions.
