    NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER

    NIT NO:-72TS/Div/PNP/2018-19 Dated: - 07.02.2019

    E-tenders in single part are invited by the undersigned on behalf of HVPNL from the
    approved contractors, registered companies, reputed taxi operators/ tour operators/ service
    providers/ agency/ firm/ Central or State Government Undertaking& Co-operative Societies
    having license from Labour Commissioner, Haryana for supply of 1 No. Jeep/Car
    Commercial vehicles of following make for 2 years i.e. 2019-20 & 2020-21 on hire basis
    through e-tendering.
    i) Jeep/Car Make Mahindra /Tata/ Ford/Toyota/Maruti /Honda etc.

    “The Model of the vehicle should not be older than 5 years and has not covered
    2.5 lacs kilometers. In case during currency of the contract, if any vehicle completed
    its 5 years of its life or cover 2.5 lacs Kilometers distance, the vendor is required to
    replace such vehicle, in case the vendor fails to replace such vehicle, the competent
    authority will impose a penalty of Rs. 1,000/- Per Day besides no payment would be
    given for such days”.

    The Drivers to be deployed should be having the Matric educational qualification &
    driving experience with valid license for minimum 5 years. The rates should be quoted for
    below mentioned vehicles: -

    NOTE:
    The bidders can view and download the detailed e-NIT and the time schedule (Key
    Dates for all the tenders floated through the single portal e-procurement system at
    https://haryanaeprocurement.gov.in. Following payments are to be made by the bidder
    online through e-procurement portal: -
    a) Tender document fee of Rs. 1000/- and e-service charges of Rs. 500/- (Total Rs.
    1500/-).
    b) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs.8200/-
    The bids without valid earnest money shall be rejected. HVPN can hire Jeep of any of
    the following make :
    i) Jeep/Car Make Mahindra /Tata/ Ford/Toyota/Maruti/Honda etc.
