It is coming as one of the world's largest e- commerce focused venture capital firms.
The founder gained visibility through successful investments in Amazon, eBay, Facebook,
Instagram, etc.
Our website operates in Pakistan and after gaining success and trust of our sellers and
customers through our great services we have plan to make it internationally and also
give our services in UK and USA.
In Pakistan, it is the latest projects of this scale and facilities which we are giving to our
customers.
We have over 9500 Products and 300 Brands.
Bayrsh is an online selling and buying market that provides high quality branded products
that fulfills the daily basis and fashion need of the person of every age group regarding
Electronics, men wear, children, women wear, beauty and jewelry, footwear, computer
and laptops, mobile and accessories, toys and many more.
We are not dealing with alcohol, drugs and clinical medicines.
It was founded in 2018 and operates through www.Bayrsh.pk.
It is in the industry of every basic and luxurious items having 51-200 company employees.
2. Our Business
This idea is four years old and we also started working on it after taking it seriously when
we saw the rapidly growing e-selling markets in Pakistan especially in rural areas or
villages people are tend to buy online because they seem it easier whether going to cities
and buying their needs with extra expenses like traveling costs, but we are giving better
and secure facilities to both venders and buyers.
This is not partnership project and we have our IT team, marketing team, advertising
team, customer contact team. They are total 50 now. Now, we are hiring some fresher to
generate new ideas and working on it.
Yes, we are coming as the competitors of Daraz, Kaymu, HomeShopping, Symbios,
Shophive, Yayvo, iShopping, Mega, Telemart, 24hours and many more.
And provide our customers reliable and good facilities with satisfaction so they can trust
on us. We provide them the security of services, fast delivery, venders should be bound
to listen customers and make them satisfy with their good services otherwise, they are
not allowed to sell more. Same as, buyers should be bound to sincere and honest while
buying.
We have a very flexible system and we are also a registered company. We always have a
backup for external influences or factors those may be effect our business in future.
3. Target market and competitors
This e-commerce market is a growing market in future as we all know that now a days
how rapidly and influencly it become bigger and bigger in Pakistan and catching eyes of
different vendos.
The satisfaction of sellers and buyers are gap that’s we we take initiate to overcome all
issues and gaining trust we make it stronger and easier.
We are giving facilities to ever age group of person of every gender and different
occupations and tastes.
If we compare our website with Daraz, now there are many cases, claims and open from
buyers and sellers of fraud. Daraz does not act like a middle man and we are doing our
focus on it and in this way we are better from them because we are working on every
problem such like return and refund policy, seller and product feedbacks and act on those
to decide which seller is good or which is not and these are not in other website and give
us favour.
4. Marketing and Sales

We are also working on Google ad words and SEO and almost it is completed.
We also have our website Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts which we are
using for our advertisements. We are also affiliated different and known markets with
our support and future work. We are also working on our road ways and television ads
and billboards and banners advertisements
5. Management team
We are coming with new, satisfactory and good facilities and services which are our
strength and gaining people interest and trust is now our weakness as we are new and
people don’t believe in online shopping.

6. Operations
We have experience in working on Amazon and eBay. As our CEO has a 6 year working
experience in UK working with Amazon and now he is providing services and training
regarding Amazon and EBay and has his own seller accounts on them. We also have a
warehouse, customer care call center, managing team and IT team area with
comfortable and easy environment so they can work freely and easily. We have still
staff of 50 persons now we are hiring also as we need.
7. Sales forecast
We are launching this website officially on national level on the 15th of February. We
capture our leads to customers by advertising, launching, ads, televisions, road
advertisements, different deals and offers. As our estimate if we succeed for gaining trust
we can make more than 10 lac in month. We can adjust the sale for those products whose
are slow in buying and making sale with different strategies. In our industry quick sale is
true but with educational sales process are involved

No we are not losing the customers by expanding quickly because we are going to
make his project as long term by making it trustworthy by giving good and attractive
facilities to our customers.
We have also trustworthy, experienced and mature team working with us.
But, we also train some internees for our backup of employees and deals, high favored
as backup for customers
