Basic Design:
Hoyer Frigus KF 1000F is designed for continuous freezing, mixing and whipping of mix and air to ice
cream. The freezer is also suitable for scraped surface freezing of other non ice cream products.
Features:
The freezer is produced from high quality materials and engineered to meet strict standards od hygiene,
reliability and durability. All parts of tha freezer in contact with mix and ice cream are manufactured from
stainless materials.

Application

Features:
Brine tank
The double –walled annular tank is insulated and welded together. The tank is made of stainless steel. Two
rails are fitted od the outside of the brine tank for mounting the filling equipment(s), back suction unit(s),
stick dispenser, cleaning equipment, etc.
Cooling system
The secondary cooling system is a cold brine bath. A
centrifugal pump circulates the cold brine.
Defrosting system
The warm brine is heated by electricity.
Main Drive
All main functions are electrically driven.
Nominal output
The speed of Hoyer Rollo RM 23 C1 varies between 8 and 26 strokes per minute. Capacity is mainly
depandant on producte shape, recipe, filling process and cold brine temperature.
