    APPLICATION FOR PROBATION WITH COMPLIANCE

    ACCUSED, through counsel from the Public Attorney’s Office,


    and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers;

    1. That, on 08 February 2019, herein counsel received a copy of


    the Order of the Honorable Court finding herein accused guilty
    beyond reasonable doubt. The said Order1 further provides that:

    “Wherefore, the Court finds accused guilty beyond reasonable


    doubt for violation of section 12, Article II, of RA 9165, and
    accordingly sentences him to serve the penalty from Six (6)
    months and One (1) day to Four (4) years, with full credit of his
    preventive imprisonment and to pay a fine of TEN THOUSAND
    PESOS (P10,000.00) PESOS.”

    2. Also by way of manifestation, herein accused have complied


    with the order of the Court to pay a fine in the amount of
    P10,000.00. The said payment is evidenced by the issuance of
    Official Receipt No. 6829083 C2, dated 06 February 2019;

    3. Having been convicted by final judgment, the herein accused is


    applying for probation for he possesses all the qualifications and
    none of the disqualifications for probation;

    4. Accused binds himself to submit for investigation before the
    Parole and Probation Office and should his Application for Probation
    be given due course, he will start a new life and undertakes to
    strictly comply the terms and conditions of his probation.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable


    Court that the Application for Probation with Compliance of the
    accused BE GIVEN COURSE.

    Other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises are likewise
    prayed for.
