Moving up and graduation ceremonies are momentous occasions that
demonstrate successful academic endeavours and co-curricular experiences of our
learners amidst various obstacles and challenges that they have encountered while
pursuing their studies. Having triumphed over those amazing challenges calls for a
joyous celebration and thanksgiving---a celebration for the graduates as well as their
support network---their parents, teachers, education partners, stakeholders and other
community members who have continuously and relentlessly manifested their uncon-
ditional and all-out support and guidance in the education of our learners.
It can be emphasized that education is the key, if not, the most important EXCEL C. ALIAWAN

es in the lives of the learners. Indeed, we are immensely grateful for the constitutional MAPEH TEACHERS
right to quality education that is made accessible to every Filipino learner regardless of
status, physical condition, racial or ethnic origin, political and other affiliation.
The theme “Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All” implies the exist-
ence of oneness, esprit de corps, and collaboration in the delivery of quality, relevant
and liberating education to all Filipino learners irrespective of social, economic, reli-
gious, cultural and political differences. Thus, Dipolog City Schools Division is ONE in
our commitment and efforts to ensure the holistic development of learners---equipping
them with 21st century skills, good values and character that will enable them to brave- MARY LYNDA L. TUASTUMBAN ZIZZI B. AMORADO RONAFE L. FERRER

To all our completers and graduates, congratulations once again! We are
hopeful that as you move forward in your respective academic endeavours, the
knowledge, skills and values you have learned in school will help you surpass the new
challenges ahead. YOU are the architects and builders of your future, hence, strive
hard and do your best.
Dream big and always have faith in the Almighty.
At this point in your life, you have already achieved the three main stages of

which brought you to this milestone wherein you have transitioned intellectually, emo-

Hopefully, your six-year sojourn in high school has laid the foundation for all

of your future pursuits. The greater knowledge, skill, and understanding you have ac-
quired are life tools to guide you as you forge yourself to the unknown and embark up-
on separate adventures in your quest for the zenith of success.
Choose your path wisely because failure can be one more step on your road to
success. Persevere. Success is not for the faint-hearted; it’s for the few who are extraor-
dinary and who want the best that life has to offer. Plant your feet firmly upon the rock
of your desire to become the best. Those who dream and work surely have a bright and
clear future ahead.
