1. She shall serve as Co-Chair of the Brigada Eskwela Steering Committee who will
spearhead the implementation of the BE Program and shall oversee the various
efforts to be undertaken for the program such as marketing and advocacy, resource
mobilization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation;

2. She shall keep all records of school partnership documentary requirements; and

3. She shall summarize and consolidate BE forms and submit the Brigada Eskwela
Accomplishment Report.

In the exigency of service, you are hereby designated as MEMBER, SCHOOL

PHYSICAL FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE for the Brigada
Eskwela 2019/Maintenance Week 2019 of Bonfal National High School, Bayombong, Nueva
Vizcaya.

Objectives:

a. To assess the condition of the school’s physical facilities and spearhead the
maintenance of facilities and/or equipment which are in need of repair or recommend
buildings/classrooms/equipment which pose danger to the lives of the stakeholders and
are in need of immediate rehabilitation;
b. To prepare all documents and/or budget for school facilities repair and/or rehabilitation;
and
c. To conduct minor repairs and preventive maintenance of school buildings undertaken
on Brigada Eskwela Week with amount of not more than fifty thousand pesos
(P50,000.00).

This designation is made for the best interest of the service, thus immediate compliance
is hereby enjoined.
