Se analiza de forma isotermica y por gradiente las siguientes soluciones, donde se emplea como solvente el n-heptano y como estandar interno (EI) n-tetradecano, los
analitos son Acetato de Isoamilo, n-octanol, naftaleno y n-decano que aparecen en la tabla como sustancia A,B,C y D respectivamente.

Se utilizan dos m\'etodos de an\'alisis diferentes para realizar las curvas de calibraci\'on, estos son para XXXXX y para YYYYY. El m\'etodo de an\'alisis que se logra
diseñar para realizar una separaci\'on optima de estas sustancias es por gradiente de temperatura desde 40 °C hasta 190 °C con una velocidad de calentamiento de
20 °C/min, con un flujo de XXXX ml/s. La columna que utiliza el equipo es una HP-5 y la fase movil es nitrogeno.
