Career objective
I am looking for a busy, entry level position in sales assistant that utilizes my customer relation
skills, communication skills, and time management skills while enabling me to learn about a
business from the ground up.

Skills, experience and personal attributes

Communication skills
My diverse range of experiences at university, work and extracurricular activities has enabled me
to acquire strong verbal written communication skills. As an outgoing person, I have also had
numerous opportunities to develop my interpersonal skills to a high level. During my previous
years at university and secondary I was elected as a student representative, communication was a
part of it.
Customer relations skills
While at HSBC, Post Office Ltd, Morrison’s and Sujee express I have helped many customers. I
take time to listen to customers, identify their needs and then recommend the product or services
that are most suitable.
Time management sills
While studying at TVU and completing AS I have held down a part-time position at WM
Morrison’s supermarket, Post Office ltd, as well as being a student representative in my
university These extra-curricular activities have put additional demands on my time and without
careful planning my educational work would have suffered. I have never missed a school, sixth
form or university deadline or needed an extension to complete tasks in order of priority. To
make the best use of my time I schedule it and complete tasks in order of priority. I believe these
time management skills will transfer well to the workplace.
