    PREFACE
    The following is a short report of practical training at MUNJAL SHOWA LTD. This
    work is produced in hope that it will provide useful conceptual knowledge to me and to
    student of U.I.E.T. M.D. University Rohtak (124001) Haryana who seek additional
    information on practical report. The report is presented in a chronological manner and is
    based upon a variety of works listed at the end of the paper. It should be pointed out that
    “engineering satisfaction” is the prime motive of the group and it has become a way of
    life and a part of work culture of the group. This is what drives the group of seek newer
    vistas great help, these works are that gives me and MUNJAL SHOWA LTD. a valuable
    engineering technological, fundamental understanding mind power. Several oral histories
    and other works drawn from the MUNJAL SHOWA LTD. archives were used to give
    depth and provide the primary resources to the pamphlet.
