Objective:
Within the past several years, I have truly lived my life both personally and
professionally as one of the “Good Hands People.” I have been fully immersed in our industry
and have been establishing rapport with potential prospects, clients, & Agency Owners since I
could walk & talk. I am beyond blessed & truly honored to say that I am an Allstate and
Insurance & Financial Legacy through my father Robert.
I firmly believe and truly stand behind the fact that I am a compassionate, humble,
accomplished industry professional, with a multitude of analytical, managerial, critical &

Professional Experience:
Customized insurance policies to truly suit individual customers, covering a variation of risks.
Ensured that all policy requirements were fulfilled and above satisfactory, including any
necessary completion of appropriate forms.
Calculated premiums accurately6 & efficiently, & established a payment method for the
customer. Interviewed prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources &
needs.
Ensured a compliance process was put in place in the agency to avoid any critical E&O
issues.
Through the consistent use of my sales strategy, was able to earn the agency over 50% of
the total new business premium written since inception of the business.
Sold a multitude of different types of Property & Casualty Insurance Products to individuals &
families, on behalf of the Allstate Insurance Company. Sough out new clients using a multitude
of Marketing & Prospecting Techniques.
Attended the Inaugural Allstate Lead Marketplace Summit in Itsaca, Ill. Mastered Lead
management process implantation, and came back with my own sales pipeline process and
work flow strategy. Was the only Producer at the summit, and gathered priceless information
& experience relative to the Lead Marketplace & the integration of Blitz Software.
Using my social media marketing strategies, was able to help create, innovate, and
maintain the agency’s Facebook page from scratch, effectively turning it into one of the top
Agent Listings on Social Media in the state of Colorado.
