ABSTRACT
Filipino players are ranked as third of the biggest E-sports player base in the world
after Russia and China, with the U.S being at the fourth rank. It is no wonder that big
names in E-sports are starting to notice the country. Valve Corporation a video game
developer administrated an international tournament called “ Manila Major “ of the
game Defense of the Ancients 2 in Manila conducted in MOA Arena filling up the 16-
thousand seating capacity and leaving some viewers of the famous participating teams
scattered around the venue causing a stampede. The Philippines doesn’t have a
certain facility that is intended for E-sports activities like tournaments which can be a
potential income for the country knowing that the country is an emerging center for E-
sports in South East Asia due to more people are interested in playing video games
rather than traditional sports. The Gaming Center will be able to hold the viewers, fans
and participating teams of different famous games like Dota 2, Lol, Counter-Strike:
Global Offensive, Apex, and Pubg around the world attending for special occasions
like tournaments. It can also accommodate two or more tournaments of different
games within the same period giving the users a wide variety of choices they like to
attend. E-gaming in the Philippines is easily noticeable due to a lot of Filipino
participants and a lot of them aspire to become a professional player so the proposed
facility will also be a training ground for these people which will help to enhance their
skills and accommodate the increased interest that gives programs focused on
supporting and cultivating talents, as well as management, event operation, and
broadcasting. The facility will be an E-sports focused business ensuring that it is
accessible and provides the best possible performance to keep gamers and viewers
engaged plus as a nest of growing professional players in the future.

ABSTRACT
The underwater landscape has a very fascinating beauty that most of us people want
to see, enjoy and also live together with marine animals. Most people love to dive
underwater making it worth their time enjoying the view of these marine animals in
their prescriptive habitat. Scuba diving is one method that can achieve this, but the
problems are time underwater is lesser and not all people can participate because not
everyone knows and capable of swimming. Building an underwater structure that will
lengthen the time underwater, giving more variety of potential users and widening the
underwater area of perspective. The project will be located in Bohol’s deep aquatic
ecosystem containing a lot of beautiful marine animals and landscapes, its location is
very accessible and near to the new International Airport in Bohol thus giving much
more potential users especially tourists coming from different countries since Bohol is
also known for its underwater natural features. The structure’s exterior will be built
using sustainable materials underwater that can withstand underwater pressure and
corrosion, these materials are galvanized steel, stainless steel, concrete and acrylic
glass. Maintaining the marine ecosystem by using a concept called “ Adaptive
Architecture “ which adapts the natural marine ecosystem of the area, therefore,
lengthening the ecosystem and structure’s lifespan. The structure will generate its own
electricity using the wave energy and sea current energy, therefore, it can store a good
amount of electricity supplying the whole structure. An underwater aquarium
connected to the hotel will help in expanding the potential users not only the tourists
and rich people but also the residents in Bohol can enjoy the beauty underwater and
the income generated will help in maintaining the marine ecosystem in the area. The
project will help achieve this goal in living and maximizing the natural beauty
underwater.
