    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, MARVIN G. DALA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Misamis


    Oriental, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for
    me and in my name, place and stead, LORELIE, likewise a Filipino, of legal age, married and a
    resident of Lanao, to do the following acts and things, to wit:

    1. To be my true and legal representative, to act for and in my name and stead and to
    represent me in the preliminary investigation of a Criminal Case with NPS No. for
    Estafa filed before the City Prosecutor’s Office of Cagayan de Oro City;

    2. To sign any necessary pleadings, papers and all documents as may be necessary or
    required by the said tribunal, office or court of competent jurisdiction in the said
    case;

    3. To appear before the above-mentioned offices, tribunal or court, at any stage of the
    proceedings, submit appropriate documents, and testify therein; enter into any
    stipulations of facts, submit to alternative mode of dispute resolution, or enter into
    such acceptable compromise agreement, and do such other acts and things allowed
    under the law or rules, as would facilitate termination, resolution, closure, or
    completion of the said case or matter.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact, full power and
    authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
    foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
    personally present, and I hereby confirm, affirm and ratify all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall
    lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
