    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, PABLITO CIRERA ELLASO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and with residential address at Marville
    Homes Subd., Brgy. Kanlurang Mayao, Lucena City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint my wife
    MARILYN H. ELLASO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with address at Marville Homes Subd., Brgy.
    Kanlurang Mayao, Lucena City, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and
    stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

    1. To transact with Bank of the Philippine Islands (“Bank”) on matters relating to the Housing/Auto/SME
    Loan Acct. No. ______________________________________ with collateral description
    ________________________________________________________________________________

    2. To accept, collect, claim, and receive the following:

     For Chattel Mortgage: Certificate of Registration with Official Receipt (OR/CR), Promissory
    Note with Chattel Mortgage (PNCIM), and Cancellation of Mortgage (COM) under my name
    and such other document pertaining to Auto Loan Accounts that the Bank may have;

    3. To release the Bank and/or its stockholders, directors, officers, employees, and/or its representatives
    from any and all liabilities and to undertake to indemnify BPI for any liabilities and expenses which the
    Bank may incur in connection with the above-mentioned transactions of my attorney-in-fact with the
    Bank;

    4. To sign, execute, accomplish and deliver any documents, papers, instruments, instructions, forms,
    agreements, or contracts which the Bank may require in relation to the above-enumerated authorities;

    5. To do and perform all acts, deeds, matters and things necessary and proper to carry out the above
    purposes.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
    perform any and all acts as may be requisite to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents
    and purposes as we might or could lawfully do as if we are personally present
